Tales From Caravan – September 28th, 2016
Our first stop on caravan was 2561 Manchester in Cardiff. We walked up a private staircase and into a contemporary open floor plan and despite its beauty, it was hard to focus on the 3 Bed/ 2 Bath contemporary home because the view was mezmerizing. The main level of the home included a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and dining area all view oriented to the ocean. The master suite, with a spa-like bath and private deck, captured the stunning view. There were two bedrooms in addition to the master, one of the rooms had a ladder that led to a loft and access to a viewing deck. Also on caravan and our next stop was 2319 Manchester in Cardiff. This property was unique in that it had 2 units. Unit 1 is a 1 Bed/ 1 Bath beach cottage (600 square feet). Unit 2 is a 1 Bed/ 1 Bath accessory unit with electric gate entry, 2-car garage, additional parking, and enclosed yard.

The next stop brought us to 592 Neptune in Encinitas, a small but stunning beach cottage with a seawall and private stairs to the beach. Not sure what we were expecting when we pulled up, but when we walked through the doors of this 2 Bed/ 1 Bath home, my mouth dropped open. Without a doubt, one would feel they were “At The Coast” seated ANYWHERE in the living area, dining area, or kitchen. This is a high quality and very charming beach cottage with everything a buyer could want.

Our final house on caravan was 754 Neptune in Encinitas. By far, a favorite! This is what they meant by living the California Dream.
